Ambition, or a sense of world-weariness

If it hurts in the light,
shuttle it back to the far side,
the dark side,
or close it up in a darkened
hangar.

Give it wings or put it in the ground.
Enough with
see-sawing
and sunny-day
imaginings.
In the land of the blind,
the man with one eye
has bling,
so make your pains
into something useful abroad
or
give up,
hide them, and stay here.
